"In general I would agree it takes the full four weeks to actually notice anything. What I noticed is faster time getting to firmer hardness. I am back to where it was 5-6 yrs ago. I also noticed improved sensitivity along the shaft....Which also might be assisting in the more rapid full firmness. I would definitely do this procedure again. There was little to know pain after I was numbed up for 15 minutes.
